Why is plywood a strong material for kitchen cabinet boxes?+
Plywood is built from bonded wood-veneer layers with alternating grain direction. Quality plywood panels provide good structural strength and screw-holding performance and are generally more tolerant of occasional moisture exposure than standard particleboard. No. A finish or style name does not establish the cabinet-box material, door construction, drawer hardware or compatible organizers. Those details are confirmed against the selected supplier line and listed in the approved cabinet specification.
What do I need for an initial cabinet consultation?+
Use the Design Center form to share your contact information, city, project type and preferred appointment date and time. Rough measurements, photographs, budget and detailed selections are optional for the first request. An order requires confirmed dimensions and an approved specification.
Are countertops and other kitchen work included in a cabinet quote?+
Only when the written proposal expressly includes them. The quote separates the cabinet package, finishing components, accessories, delivery, installation and preparation from other kitchen work such as countertops, demolition, plumbing, electrical, backsplash and painting.
