This policy explains how LeviArs Design & Remodeling collects and uses information you choose to provide through this website, including Design Center appointment and remodeling consultation forms.
Information you provide
Depending on the form you use, you may provide your name, email address, phone number, preferred contact method, city, project type, rooms involved, approximate home size, whether the home will be occupied during construction, requested appointment date and time, project address, ZIP Code, project description, timeline, approximate budget, and photographs or inspiration images. Optional information does not need to be supplied to request a visit or consultation.
How we use information
We use submitted information to respond to inquiries, review project needs, arrange requested appointments, communicate about products or services, maintain business records, improve our customer experience, and meet legal obligations.
Form and website providers
Our appointment and consultation forms are provided through Jotform, and our website relies on hosting and technical service providers. These providers may process information on our behalf to operate the forms and website. Their handling of information is also governed by their own privacy and security practices.
Advertising measurement
We use the OpenAI advertising measurement pixel to understand visits and completed consultation requests associated with our ads. The pixel may use first-party cookies, ad click references and browser information for attribution. Our form integration sends a completion event; it does not send your form answers, project description, address or uploaded files to the pixel. We honor Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track browser signals by disabling pixel measurement. Browser privacy controls and content blockers may also limit measurement. Retention and security
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above and apply reasonable administrative and technical safeguards. No online transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
