At LeviArs Design and Remodeling, our team of professionals approaches each renovation with a unique, tried and true process to ensure ultimate success and satisfaction with your finished remodel. We know that each of our clients’ builds and designs are completely custom, so we’ve created a universal plan of action to ensure that each and every project runs as smoothly and seamlessly as possible. For this for us is so important to provide the home renovation design in time.
Step 1 – Getting to Know You
We will review your ideas for your remodel, outline our Design-Build process, answer any questions you may have and together, we will determine if we are the correct fit for your project and your needs. We will also discuss your timeline and a preliminary budget for the project. We invite you to bring photos of the space to our Showroom in the Kirkland.
STEP 2 – ASSESSING YOUR SPACE
We provide an in-home consultation. With a $150.00 retainer fee we will visit your home and look at the areas you would like to remodel. We listen to your desires, needs, and vision for your remodel. The retainer fee covers a 1-hour consultation and will be applied 100% towards your design fee.
Step 3 – Creating Your Custom Design
For a nominal design fee, using the information from steps 1 and 2, we will prepare a written design agreement, including a job description, and a refined budget range for your project.
